Rescue Dog 'Welcome Home' Visits
The first few weeks that any rescue dog spends in a new home are critical. It is during this time that the dog understands how their new household works and establishes their role within it. Rescue Dog 'Welcome Home' Visits are therefore recommended within the first month of your new dog arriving at home. We will come to your Home and help you with any or all of the following areas:
- How to settle your dog into their new home as fast as possible.
- Understand your new dog’s individual temperament and motivations.
- Understand how breed-specific traits might drive their behaviour.
- Identify and prevent any potential future behaviour problems.
Rescue Dog 'Welcome Home' Visits usually last one hour but can be longer if requested. They will be charged at £55 per hour. (Travel costs may apply in some cases).
